Important — Read Before Using VoIP Services
Unified Array LLC's VoIP services do not support 911 in the same way traditional landline phones do. In an emergency, always have a backup means of calling 911 — such as a mobile phone or traditional landline — available at your location.
THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION (FCC) REQUIRES THAT UNIFIED ARRAY LLC PROVIDE E911 SERVICE TO ALL END USERS WHO USE UNIFIED ARRAY LLC SERVICES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. SECTIONS 1.1–1.7 APPLY TO ALL END USERS WHO USE UNIFIED ARRAY LLC SERVICES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. SECTION 1.8 APPLIES TO ALL END USERS.
1.1 911 Acknowledgement and Warning Labels
1.2 Electrical Power
1.3 Internet Access
1.4 Non-Voice Systems
1.5 Location Registration Requirement
1.6 Monthly e911 Service Charge
1.7 Service Limitations vs. Traditional 911
!
Unified Array LLC e911 service will not function if End User's device fails, is not configured correctly, or if Unified Array LLC service is not functioning for any reason — including electrical power outage, broadband service outage, or suspension due to billing issues.
!
After initial activation or following a location change update, there may be some delay before automatic number and location information is passed to the local emergency service operator. No guarantee can be made that the information will be activated on a specific schedule.
!
The local emergency service operator receiving e911 calls may not have a system configured for e911 services or be able to capture automatic number or location information. The operator may not know the phone number or physical location of the caller.
!
Due to network congestion, a Unified Array LLC 911 call may produce a busy signal, experience unexpected wait times, or take longer to answer than calls placed via traditional telephone networks.
!
If End User does not correctly identify the actual location of the device at the time of activation, Unified Array LLC e911 communications may not be directed to the correct local emergency operator.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
END USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT UNIFIED ARRAY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SERVICE OUTAGE AND/OR INABILITY TO DIAL 911 OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCY NUMBER USING UNIFIED ARRAY LLC SERVICES. END USER AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS UNIFIED ARRAY LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, FINES, PENALTIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES BY, OR ON BEHALF OF, END USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY RELATING TO THE FAILURE OR OUTAGE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO 911 DIALING.

Location Updated

Your new e911 registered location has been submitted. Please allow up to 48 hours for the update to propagate to emergency call routing databases. Maintain an alternate means of calling 911 during this period.

If your device has moved to a new physical location, you are required to update your registered e911 address. Unified Array LLC's only mechanism for routing 911 calls to the correct emergency operator is the physical location on file. Submit this form immediately after any location change.

Updates propagate within 24–48 hours.
Keep an alternate 911 method available during that period.
